Where do RUDE PUBES products come from?
RUDE PUBES Mascara is manufactured in England. RUDE PUBES Gem Tattoos are produced by a Hong Kong company from their factory in China. The factory is ISO 90001 certified, FDA approved and manufactures to EU quality standards and is subject to regular independent ratings and reporting. Its customers include many multinational companies including Kellogg's and Hallmark. Back to top
Are they safe to use?
Yes. RUDE PUBES Mascara is specially formulated for sensitive areas and uses a preservative–free formulation. It has a two year shelf life. RUDE PUBES Gem Tattoos use a special non-toxic adhesive. Having said all that, all cosmetic products occasionally have some customers that are allergic to something in them, so if that is unfortunately you and irritation does occur, then please discontinue use immediately. How long do the products stay on?
RUDE PUBES Mascara is a temporary fun colour designed to wash out in the shower. It’s smudge and sweat resistant but is recommended for bedroom use only, not as daywear – those pesky sudden rain showers – need we say more? If some does come off in the bedroom - well WOW – we’re in awe of your boudoir friskiness, but no problem, the mascara washes easily out of laundry. Back to top
Security
The payment part of our website is as secure as they come. All debit/credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed and transactions are conducted on an HSBC bank secure server. No card details are held on our own site or seen by anyone at Rude Beauty. Back to top
Payment
Making a purchase is easy. We accept payment by all major debit and credit cards except American Express or Diners. Once you’ve placed your order, we won’t charge your card until your order is ready to be despatched. Back to top
Delivery
At present delivery is only to the UK. We’ll post your order to you within 48 hours of having received it. Delivery is by Royal Mail which can take up to three working days. Unless you’re buying enormous quantites of RUDE PUBES for presents (and you can guess what a wonderful idea we think that is), most of our customers orders fit through their letterbox. Back to top
If my order doesn’t arrive
First off, check it has been seven working days since you placed the order to allow for Royal Mail delivery. If it has been, check your mailbox and junk mail for an email from us that might be about why your order has been held up. Refunds
In the unlikely event an order is lost, damaged, delayed or faulty we won't be able to cover for any damage or losses beyond that of replacing the goods. Please let us know of any problem as soon as you become concerned. Back to top
Packaging and recycling
Hands up, we admit it we’re biased but we love our PUDE PUBES packaging. To us they’re little works of art that adorn bedrooms everywhere and are almost as cute and original as the products inside. Although we think they’re just too beautiful to be consigned to any bin, albeit even a recycling one, naturally we encourage our customers to do exactly that. Of the waste we generate, the vast majority is cardboard and we recycle all of it. Back to top
